Preview (short description)

Working design package for residential ventilation and cooling that provides full air exchange, air cleaning, and stable comfort temperature throughout the year. The solution is based on mechanical supply-and-exhaust ventilation and multi-split cooling, with focus on energy efficiency, acoustic comfort, and installation readiness.

Full description

This is a complete working design package for ventilation and cooling systems, created to deliver a stable and healthy indoor climate in a residential building. The documentation covers all implementation stages: technical parameters, routing schemes, equipment specifications, and installation tasks.

The project uses centralized supply-and-exhaust ventilation to provide constant fresh air to living areas and remove exhaust air from kitchens, bathrooms, and technical zones. Temperature comfort is supported by a cooling system with indoor units in rooms and an outdoor unit outside the living space.

The design addresses key operational factors: energy efficiency, acoustic performance, duct insulation, condensate drainage, equipment power supply, and integration with adjacent engineering systems. Plans, isometric schemes, sections, and material specifications confirm implementation readiness.

As a result, the system provides high-quality ventilation, temperature control, and year-round comfort in line with modern residential engineering standards.
