Factory canteen: 600 m³/h VENTS supply and exhaust system with automation and reheating

Photo 02: Routing of ventilation mains in the canteen. A supply grille is mounted on the upper tier, and the ducts are securely fixed on traverses and threaded rods with airtight flange joints.

Photo 03: Routing of the main ventilation duct in the plant canteen. The duct is fixed along the capital wall with L-shaped brackets and threaded rods, preparing the system for anemostats or swirl diffusers.

Photo 04: Prana grilles were installed on this section of the supply network, airflow distribution was balanced, and the air-throw angle was checked. The duct is fixed on threaded rods and the flange joints are sealed.

Photo 05: Final stage on the supply network section: the duct fixing, flange airtightness, and grille operation were checked after air-exchange adjustment. The system was prepared for regular operation.
