Office building in Vyshneve: MYCOND ventilation and a Haier multi-zone system (MRV)

Video: Design, installation, and commissioning of indoor climate systems for a two-storey office building with a dining area, office and utility rooms, and a mini server room: each floor is equipped with a MYCOND ventilation system with heat recovery and additional air reheating (1,000 m³/h per floor), a Haier multi-zone heating/cooling system with an estimated capacity of 70 kW, and separate Haier-controlled cooling for the mini server room.

Photo 01: Ventall designed and installed the supply and exhaust ventilation system for the Ovochevyi Krai office building. Main ducts with integrated ceiling diffusers were installed, along with refrigerant-line stub-outs for connecting VRF indoor units.

Photo 02: Ventall routed the supply and exhaust ventilation using round ducts and static pressure chambers. Adapters for swirl diffusers were installed, joints were tightly sealed, and the routes were suspended from the slab on threaded rods. The system was prepared for integration into the building's VRF network to provide independent climate control.

Photo 03: Main air ducts were routed using round takeoffs for connection to ducted indoor units. Utilities were mounted to the slab with threaded rods and traverses using vibration isolation to reduce noise.

Photo 04: Ventall installed an energy-efficient supply and exhaust unit with a built-in heat recovery core for the Ovochevyi Krai office center. The main ducts are connected through flexible connectors to minimize vibration, and the supply and exhaust ducts are protected with foil-faced insulation to prevent condensation. The system is equipped with automation for precise capacity control and temperature maintenance.

Photo 05: Refrigerant lines and insulated air ducts were installed to connect the VRF indoor units. Vibration isolation was used when fastening the utilities to the slab, ensuring low noise levels during operation.
