House in Zoloti Vorota: Daikin ventilation, Carel humidification, and ducted air conditioning

Video: Design, installation, and commissioning of indoor climate systems in a house: Daikin supply and exhaust ventilation with heat recovery, 750 m3/h, reheating, a Carel humidification system, approx. 6 l/h, ducted Daikin multi-split air conditioning up to 20 kW, concealed grilles, and remote control.

Photo 01: Ventilation system technical node: installation of duct equipment and distribution of the duct network. The photo shows insulated flexible and rigid ducts connected to the central unit to provide low-noise air distribution throughout the house.

Photo 02: Ventilation services routing stage: installation of round and rectangular ducts in foil-faced insulation. The photo shows transition nodes and duct fixings to the slab, ensuring airtightness and stable pressure in the air-exchange system.

Photo 03: HVAC equipment installation: mounting of the outdoor air-conditioning unit with refrigerant lines connected in protective thermal insulation. The building has a mixed facade of wood and plaster, and the unit is fixed on a dedicated metal stand above the paving.

Photo 04: The photo shows the result of integrating the ventilation system into a finished private-house interior. Black concealed slot diffusers are used for even air distribution. The construction delivers air along the ceiling through the Coanda effect, preventing direct drafts and creating a comfortable indoor climate in circulation zones and rooms.

Photo 05: The photo captures preparation of the ceiling void before final finishing. Adapters for slot diffusers were installed and openings for access hatches were prepared, providing access to automation nodes and filters. All engineering lines were routed with the future layout of recessed track lighting in mind, avoiding clashes and preserving room height.
